Customer Service Executive

HRSI is looking for candidates for the role of" Customer Services (Customer Services / Customer Queries)" for one of the E-commerce clients based in Karachi.

Education: Inter (Fresh Can also apply) Experience: at least 6 months at any call center.

CONTRACT: Contractual Period: Regular / extendable on performance-based.

(Note): fluent in English / Communication skills. Communication, Education; Initiative; Problem-Solving

Responsibilities / Job Description:

  • Communicate effectively with customers and sellers and prospects via voice.
  • Direct customers/sellers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
  • Able to understand sellers' requirements and work with them accordingly to assist in closing the Transaction.
  • Learn products in order to provide the most accurate responses to customers/sellers.
  • Provide exceptional service as you respond to questions.
  • Respond to customers/sellers in an expected timely manner and can manage multiple chats at a time.
  • Handle problems of the customers/sellers.
  • Work and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure user queries are resolved in a short turnaround time.
  • Should be able to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
  • Follow pre-defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and policies.
